We have invested an immense amount of energy and love into creating our school to help women all over the world overcome their healing blocks by sharing the methods that have worked throughout our own spiritual healing journeys. We used to be just like you! Living through a defeating era of childhood trauma and struggling to navigate through adulthood as a result. We have reached our breaking points and tried to end it all. Until one day, we had our breakthrough; our spiritual calling. We began healing by tapping into our souls, eventually all found our way to each other, and created the most inspiring female friendships. This has all led us here to you, serving as your “big sisters” throughout your own journey, guiding you based on the knowledge we gained and the lessons we learned from our own life experiences. Healing can be uncomfy, but it can also be fun! And it is ALWAYS worth it. We are here to give you the space to allow you to feel seen, heard, and understood. Meet Your Instructor
I coach through my own life experiences being a survivor of emotional abuse from a narcissistic parent. Throughout the years, I’ve struggled with self-harm, eating disorders, intrusive thoughts, and have even made an attempt on my life. At 18, I was kicked out of my home and left homeless, forced to drop out of college. I was left with nothing but the clothes on my back and all my money was stolen from my account by my narcissistic mother. My early 20s were nothing more than 60+ hour work weeks to afford meals and crying myself to sleep every night. By 2020, at age 24, I was diagnosed with depression, anxiety, panic disorder, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). As a survivor, I fully understand what it’s like to be weighed down by darkness.
Hi, I’m Mariah! CEO/Founder of Own Your Trauma and Emotional Trauma & Female Empowerment Coach.
After hitting whatever it is that comes AFTER rock bottom, I made myself a promise. I thought to myself enough is enough. I gave myself two months. Two months of making connecting with my soul my one and only priority. And while it felt like it wasn’t working at first, I kept pushing. By the end of those 8 weeks, I had evolved. I didn’t erase my trauma. I didn’t cure my diagnoses. But with habit, consistency, and motivation, spirituality became who I am, not what I do. And I have a better relationship with myself and better outlook on life because of this.

“I have a busy lifestyle. Will I have time for Own Your Trauma?”
We get you’re busy. We are too! But we go at YOUR pace. With the nature of how the content is delivered to you, you have access to these resources post graduation. There’s no rush, girl! But remember, your mental health is one of the most important things you can work on.
“What if I’m not ready to invest financially?”
This is a normal reservation to have. Think of all the money you’ve spent overtime to better your mental health just to NOT see results. And it’s not just about money. Think about the amount of time and energy you have spent to feel stuck every day. Is it really worth it to live the rest of your life in that gray space? For less than all the other milestones in your life you expected to make you happy, whether it was getting a new apartment, a car, or bomb ass vacation, you can turn your entire life around!
“What if I don’t get the results I’m hoping for?”
The ONLY way this will happen is if you don’t show up for yourself. The nature of growth is backed by science.
